BabyCheramy.lk is the official digital platform of Baby Cheramy, one of Sri Lanka’s most recognised baby care brands. The website is designed to support parents throughout their parenting journey by providing trusted information, guidance, product details, and educational resources related to pregnancy, newborn care, child development, and parenting. The primary purpose of the website is not only to showcase Baby Cheramy’s product range but also to create a valuable knowledge hub where parents can access reliable parenting information during important stages of their child’s growth. The platform combines brand communication, educational content, and interactive tools to build a meaningful connection with parents.

My contribution to the project focused on developing the front-end experience by transforming the UI/UX wireframes provided by the design team into a fully functional, responsive, and user-friendly website interface. I was responsible for accurately implementing the approved designs while ensuring visual consistency, smooth interactions, and an engaging user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

I developed custom front-end functionalities using jQuery and Vanilla JavaScript to enhance the website’s interactive elements, improve usability, and create smooth user interactions. My work involved implementing dynamic behaviours, animations, responsive layouts, and optimised front-end solutions while maintaining performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. Through close collaboration with the UI/UX team and development team, I helped transform the design concepts into a polished digital experience that effectively supports Baby Cheramy’s goal of connecting with parents through a reliable and engaging online platform.
